Stretch Classes at the Hanover Senior Center are free at this time. All levels and abilities welcome. You don't need to be from Hanover either. Come learn stretches and exercises that improve joint health and improve flexibility.
Classes are held Tuesdays at 11:15 and Thursdays at 12:15.
I hold an evening restorative class the first Wednesday of every month at 6:30pm in Bryantville. January's class will be held on 1/8 due to the holiday.
